RECRUITMENT FOR FACULTY POSITIONS ON CONTRACT
(ADVT. NO.: 27/2026)
Application has two parts.
Part I - To be filled online.
Part II - To be prepared in the prescribed format. (Prescribed format will appear after choosing the post.)
Upload Part II and Annexures 1 to 7 as separate pdf files in the designated fields.
Guidelines for filling the Online Application Form
- Mandatory fields
Fields marked with an (*) are required. Non-mandatory fields are labelled with (Optional) - Photograph
The photograph should be in jpg/png format. The digital size of file must be less than 512 KB and resolution 180 pixel height by 180 pixel width (minimum of 300 dpi resolution). - Email Id
The email id you are going to provide here will be registered as the email address for further communication regarding your application. On successful completion of your application, an auto-generated email will be sent on your registered email id. - Category
You can choose your category from the dropdown list. If you're not under General (UR) category, you must upload the relevant certificate in Annexure 7 - Person with Benchmark Disability (PwBD)
This is a mandatory field. You can choose your option as "Yes/No" from the dropdown list. If you're a PwBD, you have to upload the relevant certificate in Annexure 7 along with the category certificate, if applicable, as combined pdf - PostDoctoral Supervisor Details
You can provide up to three PostDoctoral supervisor's details here in the application form. Among them, "PostDoctoral Supervisor 1" details are mandatory except the contact number field. - Referee Details
You have to provide atleat three Referee's details. A maximum of five Referee's details can be entered here in the application form. Except the contact number field, all other fields in the referee section are mandatory. - Post, Discipline, and Area of Expertise
You can choose the name of the post, you wish to apply, from the dropdown. After choosing the discipline, you can select the corresponding "Area of Expertise" from the dropdown. Candidates with inter disciplinary expertise in more than one sub-area will have to fill separate application w.r.t. their area of expertise. - Part II (Application Details)
The Part II template (prescribed format) will appear after choosing the post. Both doc, and pdf format are available to download. Please make pdf file as per the given format and upload the same in Part II upload section. - Annexure 1
Upload a brief summary of your research contributions. The file to be uploaded must be in pdf format. The file size should not exceed 5 MB. - Annexure 2
Upload copies of five most significant research articles mentioned in Part II of application details as a combined pdf document. The file to be uploaded must be in pdf format. The file size should not exceed 50 MB. - Annexure 3
Upload consolidated list of all research publications in reverse chronological order. The file to be uploaded must be in pdf format. The file size should not exceed 5 MB. - Annexure 4
Upload your research proposal in annexure 4. The file to be uploaded must be in pdf format. The file size should not exceed 5 MB. - Annexure 5
Upload your teaching proposal in annexure 5. The file to be uploaded must be in pdf format. The file size should not exceed 5 MB. - Annexure 6
Upload your academic certificates here in annexure 6, starting from SSC/Matriculation - Annexure 7
Upload the following certificates if applicable, as combined pdf.
i) Category Certificate ii) Person with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) Certificate iii) Aadhar card iv) Passport v) No objection certificate vi) Vigilance Clearance certificate
The file to be uploaded must be in pdf format. The file size should not exceed 5 MB.
